Organize something in your community

The success of National Youth Arts Week depends on people like you to spread the enthusiasm about creative expression. We hope you will create and host events that harness the power of young people in your community.

Events and projects can take place in any imaginable art form, from the traditional (like dancing, theatre and painting) to the inventive (like cooking, gardening and beatboxing).

Think inside, outside and around the box! If you’ve got a talent you want to teach others or an idea that will get people inspired, please share it.

You don’t have to be an artist to take part – if you’re enthusiastic and energetic or if you’re interested in organizing or marketing, we need you! Everyone’s invited to participate and all ideas, big or small, will be heard.
